Walla Walla Regional Airport is located in Walla Walla, Washington. This public airport with code ALW is located in the western section of the country. The airport was created during World War II. The government spent around $7.6 million to construct the airport. It was for the purpose of the Army Airport Corps training field. It received a permit to operate as a full-fledged general aviation airport. Aside from Walla Walla, the airport is serving the cities of Dayton and Lowden.
